Only what you type into our forms: your name and contact details, your child’s first name and age, the center you chose, and your message or job details.

What we never ask for

We never ask for Social Security numbers, medical, allergy, or immunization information, custody documents, or payment information on this website. Enrollment and medical forms are completed on paper at the center.

How we use it

Your information goes to the staff at the center you chose so we can reply to you. We do not sell or share it.

How long we keep it

This website does not store your form. It is emailed straight to the center you chose, and the center keeps it only as long as needed to help you. Contact us anytime to have it deleted.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It checks that a person is sending the form without tracking you across other websites.

Photos

We only show photos of children whose parents have given written permission.
