Pre-K (Anthony ISD): For this age group

Bring these documents with your Pre-K application
- Proof of identity and age: birth certificate, passport, or adoption records
- Social Security card (if applicable)
- Proof of residency: a current utility bill or lease in the parent or guardian’s name (required yearly)
- Immunization record
- Parent or guardian photo ID
- Power of attorney, if the guardian is not a parent
- SNAP verification letter or military ID verification, if applicable (qualifies automatically)
School-Age: For this age group

Transportation from school is covered by the consent page in the enrollment packet.
Stay connected with Procare
We use the Procare Parent App for sign-in and sign-out, announcements, photos, lesson plans, and daily updates. After you enroll, we’ll email you your personal link. Families with children at both centers may need a separate email address for each.
