About Us
Early childhood programs should be filled with fun, warmth, security, education, exploration, and discovery.
At Flowers in the Garden, we believe every child is unique, valuable, and full of potential. Children are like flowers: when given the right support, attention, and care, they grow and thrive in their own time.
Inspired by the work of Jean Piaget, we know children learn best through hands-on experiences, exploration, and active engagement with the world around them. Our program supports each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth while respecting their own pace.
Families are a child’s first and most important teachers. Working together, we give children the sunlight, nourishment, and care they need to blossom into confident, school-ready learners. Our goal is to care for every child with the same love, patience, and dedication we would give our own.
What we believe
- Children learn through relationships with caregivers, peers, and their environment.
- Development happens at a different rate for every child.
- Learning is connected across every area of growth.
- Family involvement is essential to a child’s success.
- Every culture, family, and background is welcome and respected.
